Linefold privacy notice
Linefold is a product of Grain64. The publisher and data controller is 922E Ventures SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €899,979, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS Strasbourg 947 846 549), registered office: 2 bis rue Brûlée, 67000 Strasbourg, France — operating this product under the Grain64 name. This notice describes data used to provide the Linefold product, including email sign-in and saved catalogs.

What Linefold collects
- Your email address when you request a sign-in link; it identifies your account and is used to send essential sign-in emails, not marketing
- A saved product catalog if you choose to save one to your account
- Order text and catalog fields needed for suggestions when you choose “Get suggestions”; see product-specific processing details below
AI gateway request-retention, deletion, and model-training behavior have not been independently verified. Do not send confidential order data until those details are confirmed.
Account email and retention
The account email is stored in the product database while the account exists. Accounts do not currently have automatic expiry, and the product has no self-service account deletion. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. A sign-in request stores the email with a hashed link token; expiry is checked during sign-in, but an automatic cleanup schedule for expired tokens has not been verified. A signed-in session lasts up to 30 days. Sign-in email is sent through the company AI gateway email service; its delivery-provider retention is not independently verified. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account email and associated catalog, contact privacy@grain64.com. No in-product account deletion is available.
Catalog data
Validated catalog rows are stored in your account catalog until replaced or deleted. Associated account deletion is by request through the contact route above.
Where it lives, and who touches it
Cloudflare hosts the product and account/catalog database. When you request suggestions, the Linefold Worker sends the order text and required catalog fields to the AI processing gateway. Sign-in emails are sent through the company AI gateway email service. Gateway and email-service operational retention have not been independently verified. These services are used to provide the requested product features; we do not use your data to train AI models or sell personal data.
Cookies and measurement
Only what is strictly necessary for the site to work — no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. We measure page traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and stores no identifier on your device. Anything beyond that would require your consent first, and an amendment to this policy before it ships.
Your rights
To request access, correction, or deletion of your account email and associated catalog, contact privacy@grain64.com. You may also request restriction, portability, or object to processing through this contact. You may complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
Material changes are noted on this page with a date. This policy covers the portfolio's standard stack; a product that adds a processor or practice gets a Board-approved amendment before shipping it.
